For the builder who shipped and nobody came.
Kanban Studio is a one-person content system that runs on your own machine. It turns ideas into cards, writes the first draft of every script and keeps the schedule; you read the words to camera. The outcome it is built for is small and specific: a stranger comments, “I tried this and it worked.” It is in a private pilot on one brand, ours, and is not for sale yet.
You built it. Then you launched it to silence.
Getting your work seen is a second job. It needs an idea every day, a script for each one, a recording, an edit, a schedule and some way of knowing what to do next week. Most people who build things do not have the hours. They post for a fortnight, hear nothing, and stop. The marketing amounted to shouting into the void.
The tools that promise to make it easy mostly make slop: generated faces, generated voices, the same template a thousand times. TikTok now has an unoriginal-content rule and YouTube an inauthentic-content rule, and both cut the reach of exactly that output. The shortcut costs more than the work it saved.
There is no shortage of ways to make a post. There is a shortage of one system that makes enough honest posts, in your own voice, to find out which ones land. That is the only thing Kanban Studio is for.
What you get, and how sure we are
Four questions any offer should answer plainly: what the result is, how likely, how long, and how much of your week. Here are the honest answers at this stage of the pilot.
The outcome
A stranger comments, “I tried this and it worked.” Not a follower count. One person you have never met who did the thing because you showed them how. Everything on the board points at that comment.
How likely
Unmeasured. The design bet is that making enough posts, and seeing the numbers for all of them, flops included, beats guessing. Nothing that depends on a platform’s algorithm is certain, and we will not pretend otherwise.
How long
Unknown. The pilot has not run long enough to say how many weeks it takes to the first real comment, so no number is quoted here. What it does not need is months of marketing before anything goes out: the plan is to start posting in the first week, at low volume. The first batch is expected to flop; the loop budgets for that.
How much of your week
One sitting to record a handful of scripts. The studio drafts the cards and schedules the posts, and records the numbers; the cut and the captions are still being built. It is built to fit round the building, not to replace it.
The loop
Ideas, script, video, push, learn. Five steps on one board, each feeding the next, and one person runs it. The point is not that any one post lands. The point is that you make enough of them, cheaply enough, to find the ones that do, and then make more of those.
Ideas
Idea cards come from your niche: what you are building, what people in it already watch, and what last week’s numbers say worked. Each card carries a pillar, a format and a slot, so the board never fills with things you will not make.
Script
Every card gets a short script with a hook, a body and a call to action, written beat by beat so you can read it off a teleprompter. You edit the words. Nothing is posted that you have not read.
Video
You record yourself, on a phone or a camera, in one sitting. The studio is being taught to do the cutting: trim the pauses, add captions, drop in b-roll at the words that call for it, and apply the same subtle look every time so the feed stays consistent. Today that edit is done by hand; the automatic version is in build on the pilot brand.
Push
Finished posts are scheduled to each platform you have connected, at the slot you gave them. Slot rotation, the hour shifting day by day so you learn which hours work instead of guessing, is in build alongside the planner and not running yet.
Learn
Once a week the studio pulls the numbers, ranks the styles and slots, and feeds that into the next batch: more of what landed, less of what did not, one wildcard. Then round again.
What's in the box
A Kanban board, idea to published
One card per post, moving through idea, script, production, post-production, scheduled and published. Gates between columns, so nothing skips a check.
Local models by default
Scripts are written on your own machine, and the video edit is being built to run there too. Your drafts and your raw video do not go to a third-party service unless you choose to connect one.
Originality and compliance gates
Before a post can be scheduled it is checked for human presence, similarity to existing content and the platforms’ rules on AI and unoriginal material. A post that fails stays on the board. The gates are built to catch what the platforms’ rules describe; whether that avoids a penalty is the platforms’ call, not ours.
A batch planner with slot rotation (in build)
In build now: plan a month of cards at once, spread across your pillars and formats, each one given an hour that shifts day by day so every slot gets tested.
A weekly review and style leaderboard
Each style, pillar and slot gets its own rating from real numbers. The review names the top and the bottom, and the planner will use it.
Publishing through one scheduler
Connects to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn through a scheduler you run yourself. Each platform is a connection you make, not something we hold on your behalf.
Where it actually is
Kanban Studio is in a private pilot. One brand uses it: Veriphos's own, making the content about the studio with the studio. That is the whole customer base.
There are no customer results, no testimonials and no numbers, so none are claimed on this page. Every sentence above describes what the software does, or is being built to do, not what it has done for someone else.
Not all of it is finished. The board, the scripts, the gates, the scheduler and the weekly review run today. The automatic edit (cuts, captions, b-roll, the consistent look) and the month planner are being built now, on the pilot brand, and this page will say when they are in.
When there are weekly numbers, they will be published whole, flops included. A results page that only shows the wins is marketing, not evidence.
That is the same rule the rest of Veriphos works to. See the method.
The objections, answered straight
Is this just another AI content farm?
No. You are on camera, reading words you have edited. The AI writes the first draft, keeps the board and schedules the posts, and is being taught to cut and caption. Gates check human presence and similarity before anything is scheduled. Even if you have been burned by slop tools before, nothing here posts a generated face or a generated voice.
I don’t have time to post five times a day.
You do not post five times a day. You record once, in one sitting, and the scheduler spreads the posts over the slots. The pilot plan starts at two a day and builds to five over three weeks. Five is the target the loop is built to reach, not where you begin.
I’ve never made content. Where do I start?
On the board. Each card tells you the next step: a pillar, a format, a slot, then a script with a hook, a body and a call to action. You read it, change what you would say differently, and record. Even if you have never posted, the first card is the same size as the fiftieth.
Do I need a team, or to be on camera?
No team. It is built for one person. For the talking-head styles that person is on camera, and those are the styles the platforms’ current originality rules favour. There are also faceless styles, a screen recording with your voice over it and slide carousels, so you can start without your face. Without your voice at least, the gates will fight you, and that is by design.
Does my footage leave my machine?
The studio is local-first. Scripts are drafted on your own computer, and the edit is being built to run there too. Only the finished post goes out, and only to the platforms you have connected yourself.
What does it cost?
It is not priced yet. Nobody is being charged during the pilot and the waitlist takes no payment. People on the list hear the price first, before it is public.

Questions
Who is it not for?
Anyone who wants a channel without ever appearing on it, or wants posts generated and pushed without reading them. The gates are built to stop exactly that, so the studio will be a bad fit and that is fine. There are other tools for it.
What does it run on?
Windows today, as a local app with its own database and a background worker. Local models need a machine with a reasonable graphics card; smaller models run on less, more slowly. Other operating systems are not promised.
Which platforms can it post to?
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, each through a connection you set up with your own account. Some platforms require their own approval before posts go out automatically rather than to an inbox; that is theirs to grant, not ours.
When can I use it?
There is no date. It is in a private pilot on one brand. The waitlist gets one email when that changes, and nothing in between.
Can I see it running?
Not yet from here. The pilot runs on Veriphos’s own channels; links to them will be added to this page once posts are going out, including the ones that did not work.
Will the numbers be published?
When there are weekly numbers worth reading, they will be published whole, flops included, in the same way the rest of Veriphos publishes its evaluation reports. If they are bad, they go up anyway.
